Staff was very accommodating with our needs.

The front desk staff were exceptional and always attentive to my needs. The location is fantastic, being close to the mall and various dining options. My room was clean and provided a comfortable workspace, which was beneficial during my stay for work purposes.

Some noise disturbances from other guests and random charges are concerning.

My kids wished for a microwave in the room.

This hotel fits me perfectly with its excellent wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I appreciated the staff's help finding my lost barrette during my first stay. I'll definitely return for a holiday!

We enjoyed a wonderful 6-night stay with our family in a spacious Queen Room. The staff's friendly demeanor and attention to detail stood out. Although there was no complimentary breakfast, the on-site dining options were superb. Don't miss the local attractions nearby for family fun!

Staying here had its ups and downs. the staff was genuinely kind and helpful, which stood out, but the room cleanliness was a letdown with dust and some issues like a broken cabinet and unflushable toilet. Good restaurant options nearby made the trip worthwhile.

My room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable, but I experienced excessive noise from neighboring rooms that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, communication regarding parking fees could be improved.

my stay at courtyards was excellent! the hotel was very clean and neat. The gym had tons of equipment for a solid workout. the water station outside the fitness center was a nice touch. also, angel at the front desk was amazing! her service made me feel right at home.

The spacious lobby provided a nice atmosphere for relaxation, and the limited food selection included enjoyable fried fish. However, the room faced serious issues. The first night was marred by persistent freeway noise, and the thermostat was confusing to operate. Additionally, a loud group at 3 am disrupted sleep on the last night, making it hard to forget the overall discomfort of the stay.
